This company was called by the daughter of an 89-year old Pennsylvanian who was snowed in during the holidays. The daughter had concerns that her father would not have enough food for the holidays. She then called Trader Joe’s and placed an order. The company accepted the order and suggested diets that might suit the elderly man’s low sodium diet. This was at no extra cost. The order was delivered in about 30 minutes.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an attendant who shows you the best row to park. You are then approached by a shuttle bus driver who helps you with your luggage, taking you to your destination. On your way back, you receive a free bottle of water. What an outstanding service.

She is an 89 year old employee from camp hill and her job is to make people smile. When clients come in, she welcome’s them with a warm smile and makes them feel comfortable while they await the delivery of their orders. As a result of her excellent customer service, she has won lots of awards.
5. CVS “Samaritan Vans”
Over the past 30 years, CVS has been patrolling the streets looking for stranded motorists to assist. Lots of individuals have benefited from this service offered by this company. The cost of service is just to send a comment card to CVS.
6. Ritz-Carlton Goes Above and Beyond
This company went the extra mile to meet the needs of a little boy who has food allergies. The boy’s family flew to Ritz Carlton Bali with special eggs and milk only to discover that the eggs had broken and the milk was sour. A replacement could not be found in the town so an executive chef had to contact his mother in law in Singapore to contact a store there and they had the food shipped to Bali.
